Assessing Your Loan

Before we recommend a loan, we complete a Preliminary Assessment to ensure it is not unsuitable for you. This assessment considers:

  • Your requirements and objectives.
  • Your financial situation.
  • Your ability to repay the loan without hardship.


You can request a copy of this assessment anytime within 7 years of your loan.


Fees & Commissions

  • You may be asked to pay fees for credit assistance, which will be outlined in a Credit Quote before an application is submitted.
  • Other fees may apply from lenders (e.g. application fees, valuation costs).
  • We may receive commissions from lenders. These commissions are not paid by you and will be disclosed in your Credit Proposal.
  • At times, non-commission benefits (e.g. training or events) may be received at no extra cost to you.


Our Partners & Referrers

We access a wide panel of lenders through our aggregator, Connective Broker Services Pty Ltd.

We may also pay referral fees to accountants, financial planners, or other professionals who introduce clients to us. Any referral payments will be disclosed to you.
